Clenbuterol is a sympathomimetic drug which is widely used in many countries for the treatments of asthma, cardiovascular shock, hypertension and more. Clenbuterol is commonly known as "clen" and is often created in 20mcg (0.02mg) tablets, although other administrative forms are available such as injectables and liquids. Of main interest to athletes is clenbuterol's thermogenic ability, in other words, its ability to slightly raise the core temperature of the body, resulting in greater calorie outlay.
While Clenbuterol is a powerful fat loss agent, it is not magical and will not make a fat physique lean on its own. You still have to diet in order to lose body fat, and if you don’t, no fat loss will occur. In fact, even if you’re using Clenbuterol you will still find you need to diet just as hard as you would without it if you are going to lose body fat.
Clenbuterol dosage must be slowly ramped up to the maximum dosages mentioned. The initial starting dosage should not exceed 20-40 mcg for the first 2-4 days, after this the clenbuterol dosage is increased by another 20 mcg and so on. Titration downwards is not necessary when ending clenbuterol use.
